Fatty Liver & Fructose...

Nausea, Weakness, Aversion to Food 1st thing, Abdominal Pain, Deficiencies of Fat-Soluble Vitamins, High Cholesterol, Heart Pain, Hormonal Imbalance, Excess Cortisol, Right-Sided Shoulder Pain, Itching and Redness, Belly Fat.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. This is caused by dietary choices. Overconsumption of glucose makes the liver store it as fat, add to that the fact we cannot utilise fructose as fuel so this has to go straight to the liver. Fruit is high in fructose and the fibre slows its transition down, this can cause issues if you are trying to lose belly fat. Best then to reduce fruit consumption and swap for lower sugar fruits like berries. As fructose is metabolised and used by the liver alone it has a much higher likelihood of being converted to liver and belly fat. Fructose in whole fruits however is less of an issue than the processed version or high fructose corn syrup. Fructose is also more ageing than glucose, it causes a browning reaction in the body like bananas…this is called the Maillard reaction and also drives ageing, inflammation, cancer and cognitive decline.
